What happens after you get in touch?
You get a reply the same business day, usually within a couple of hours. The first conversation is a short diagnostic call — what you run now, what is not working, what a customer is worth. If a free written audit would help, we start one. If it would not, we say so.

Before you call
How quickly will I hear back?
Same business day for anything that arrives before late afternoon, and usually within a couple of hours. Enquiries go to Mathew directly rather than a shared inbox. If it is urgent, phone — that is faster than any form.
Will this be a sales call?
The first conversation is diagnostic. We ask what you run now, what is not working and what a customer is worth, and tell you what we would look at first. If the honest answer is that you do not need us this quarter, you will get that answer.
What should I have ready?
Nothing, but three things make the first call much more useful: roughly what a booked job is worth to you, what you spend on marketing a month, and what happens today when an enquiry arrives at 9pm. Rough numbers are fine.
Do you charge for the audit?
No. The written marketing audit is free and yours to keep whether or not you hire us. It takes a few days of real work, which is why we ask a few qualifying questions before starting one rather than running them on request.
Do you work with businesses outside Ontario?
Yes. We are based in Hamilton and most clients are in the Golden Horseshoe, but marketing systems do not need us in the room. We work with service businesses elsewhere in Canada where the fit is right.
Can I just get IT help without the marketing?
Yes. Phone systems, cloud workspace, security and cabling are real services we deliver on their own. The marketing framing on this site is about how they connect, not a requirement to buy both.
