Service areas

Based in Hamilton. Working across the Golden Horseshoe and beyond.

Four cities we know well enough to write something true about, a wider region we cover routinely, and remote work anywhere in Canada that suits.

Where does Marketing & Technology work?

We are based in Hamilton, Ontario and work across Hamilton, Halton, Niagara and the wider Golden Horseshoe, with clients elsewhere in Canada. Marketing, CRM and automation work is done remotely. On-site technology work — cabling, phone system installation — is limited to the regions we can reach by road.

Four cities have their own pages: Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville and Grimsby. That is a deliberate limit. A page for every town in southern Ontario, each with the same words and a different city name, is a doorway page — it is explicitly against Google's policies, it damages a small site, and it is transparently useless to the person reading it.

So a city gets a page when we can say something about that market that would be false about the next town over. Everywhere else is listed honestly below as somewhere we work, which is the accurate description.

The wider area

Everywhere else we work, named honestly

Hamilton and the surrounding communities

  • Hamilton
  • Stoney Creek
  • Ancaster
  • Dundas
  • Waterdown
  • Binbrook

Our own city and the one we know best. Site visits are straightforward, and we know the trades that operate here.

Halton

  • Burlington
  • Oakville
  • Milton
  • Georgetown

A higher-income residential market with a different renovation buyer, plus a substantial service-commercial corridor along the QEW.

Niagara

  • Grimsby
  • Beamsville
  • Vineland
  • Lincoln
  • St. Catharines
  • Niagara Falls

The escarpment corridor and the wine-country trade, plus a strong seasonal and hospitality economy.

GTA and west

  • Mississauga
  • Brampton
  • Toronto
  • Vaughan
  • Ajax
  • Brantford

Worked remotely. Larger markets with more competition and higher click costs, which changes what a viable budget looks like.

Elsewhere in Canada

Marketing systems do not need us in the room. We work with service businesses outside Ontario where the fit is right and the time zones are workable.

Worth saying plainly

Where your agency sits has no effect on where you rank

Local search rankings are driven by your Google Business Profile, your address, your proximity to the person searching, and your prominence. Not by the postcode of whoever manages your account. An agency claiming that hiring a local firm improves local rankings is describing something that does not work that way.

What being local genuinely gives you is different and smaller: someone who can visit a site, who knows which trades operate in which corridor, and who understands why a Burlington homeowner and a Hamilton Mountain homeowner respond to different things. That is worth having. It is just not a ranking factor, and we would rather say so.

Fit

When distance actually matters

Distance matters if

  • You want network cabling, Wi-Fi or phone hardware installed. That needs us on site.
  • You want someone to walk your premises before quoting infrastructure work.
  • You want in-person meetings as a regular part of the relationship.
  • You want photography of your actual work and would rather we arranged it locally.

Distance is irrelevant if

  • The work is advertising, SEO, website, CRM or automation. All of it is done remotely, everywhere.
  • You are comfortable with video calls and shared screens for working sessions.
  • You are worried a non-local agency will hurt your local SEO. It will not — proximity to the searcher is what counts.
  • You are outside Ontario and looking for a marketing system rather than an IT provider.

Questions about where we work

Do we need to be local to work with you?

No. Most of the work is remote — ad accounts, websites, CRM and automation do not need us in your office. Being local matters for site visits, for cabling and phone installations, and for genuinely understanding a local market, which is why we go deep on four cities rather than claiming forty.

Why do only four cities have their own page?

Because we can write something about those four that would be false about anywhere else. A page that swaps a city name into identical text is a doorway page, it is against Google policy, and it does not help anyone. If we have real local substance for a market, it earns a page.

Do you travel for site visits?

Across Hamilton, Halton and Niagara, routinely — that is a comfortable drive. Beyond that we handle it remotely, which for marketing work is genuinely no different. Cabling and phone installations obviously require us on site and are limited to the regions above.

Do you work outside Ontario?

Yes, for marketing, automation and CRM work. We have no ambition to be a national IT provider, so on-site technology services stay regional. If you are a service business elsewhere in Canada looking for a lead system, distance is not the constraint.

Does being outside Hamilton affect our local SEO?

Your local SEO depends on your Google Business Profile, your address and your proximity to the searcher — not on where your agency sits. Where we are located has no bearing on where you rank. What matters is that whoever does the work understands your market.

Wherever you are, the audit is the same.

A written review of your website, ads, search visibility and follow-up. If you are in the Hamilton, Halton or Niagara area we will happily do the walkthrough in person.
